A beautiful, spacious, family and work friendly, serviced apartment with views in the most sought after residential area in Mellieha. The apartment is fully airconditioned. The use of a gym/ outdoor jacuzzi area, in the same building, is also included - please note the use of the outdoor jacuzzi is seasonal. The apartment is 15 minute walk to Malta's largest sandy beach (2 minutes by car) and relatively close to all amenities including supermarkets, shops, hairdressers etc.

This brand new apartment is all about light and space. An open plan, fully equipped kitchen comes with an island and American style fridge with ice maker. The living room area has a large, comfy sofa with a 65 inch tv complete with Apple TV. Musicians are welcome to play the Petrov grand piano, but please do note that is not a toy, and children cannot play it unless genuinely practicing. There is also a large desk with office chair for those who need to work. Bedrooms are large and comfortable, one comes with an en suite, the other has its own bathroom too but not ensuite. All linen is high tread Egyptian cotton. For those keen on your devices, there is high speed wifi throughout the whole property.

Guest access
As guests you will have access to the GYM and Jacuzzi on level 3 of the building. These amenities are shared with one more apartment and are otherwise exclusive. Children under the age of 18 need to be supervised whilst using the GYM and the Jacuzzi.
