A beautiful, spacious, family and work friendly, serviced apartment with views in the most sought after residential area in Mellieha. All the apartment is fully airconditioned. The use of a gym/ outdoor jacuzzi area, in the same building, is also included - please note the us of the outdoor jacuzzi is seasonal. The apartment is a fifteen minute walk to Malta's largest sandy beach (2 minutes by car) and relatively close to all amenities including supermarkets, shops, hairdressers etc.

The apartment is East facing with beautiful 180 degree views across the valley and channels between Malta, Comino and Gozo. The apartment is rather large - you will find the hall that leads you to the living room. The latter is spacious with a big screen TV equipped with Apple TV and a comfy sofa. There is also a dedicated working desk with office chair for those who need to work. Completing the living room is an upright piano (Petrov) that is maintained regularly and always kept in tune. Do please note that the piano is not a toy, and children aren't allowed to use it unless genuinely practicing :) . The fully equipped kitchen is separate to the living room and it includes an American style fridge with Ice Maker. For those who like their devices, there is high speed wifi throughout the property!

Guest access
As guests you will have access to the GYM and Jacuzzi on level 3 of the building. These amenities are shared with one more apartment and are otherwise exclusive. Children under the age of 18 need to be supervised whilst using the GYM and the Jacuzzi.
